Description

Roberto Liscia, Nuclear Engineer and Master in Business Management from INSEAD, has held various managerial positions in large Italian groups, including Fiat, Teksid, Banca Nazionale del Lavoro, and Arnoldo Mondadori, where he primarily focused on strategies, business development, M&A, and new initiatives in the ICT and technological innovation sectors. Later, he became a Partner in major national and international consulting firms, including PWC, where he mainly focused on the telecommunications, web, and e-commerce sectors. As an entrepreneur, he has developed several initiatives in the web industry, published essays and books, taught Industrial Marketing, and is the founder and President of Netcomm, the Italian E-commerce Consortium. Furthermore, he co-founded and is an Executive Board Member of Ecommerce Europe, headquartered in Brussels. Today, the organization has 23 member countries and has become the most important center for analysis and development of policies and regulatory positions on E-commerce at the European level.
