After a degree in Communication she specialized in Management of non-profit companies. The first work experience were in companies specialized in communication and marketing services (WPP group, Seat PG group, Postel, Mondadori group) allow her to get to know and specialize in social marketing having worked with the main Italian non-profit organizations. After an experience as a consultant, in 2020 she joined AISM as Director of Fundraising working mainly on the innovation of the various fundraising channels.
