Born in 1985, Valentina Filippini is a lawyer and PhD in civil and commercial law. She is currently the legal and compliance specialist for The Netcomm Seal and provides legal consultancy services for e-commerce and digital retail (with particular focus on IT, contracts, e-commerce and consumer law). She writes articles and books on the subject of digital commerce and new technologies. She is a member of the Netcomm Academy teaching staff. Netcomm Established in 2005, Netcomm includes among its members over 400 companies, representing both international corporations and small and medium-sized enterprises, which are flagships of Italian excellence (https://www.consorzionetcomm.it/) The Consortium aims to promote initiatives fostering the knowledge and spreading of e-commerce, thus generating value across the entire value chain.
