After finishing her studies cum laude in Organisation and Marketing for Business Communication in Rome, Irma started as a trainee at “Speed Vacanze”. Since then, she has actively worked on the creation and launch of the startup “Amina Select”, a dating agency, by building up the business plan and the communications strategy. She has been working at Gamax, a company working in the beauty industry, for one year, taking care of the content and social media marketing. The goal of her job is to give customers the best possible experience, develop their relationships and feelings connected with the brand, and increase their engagement with the company.
