Description
I began my career in 2015 as a Key Account Manager at a world-renowned IT integrator, which allowed me to lead various technical projects and develop my technological expertise. Later, I joined a Franco-Canadian software company, working first in Montreal and then in Paris in the field of organizational management, where I was a Sales Manager. It was during this time that the company wanted to develop its partner network, and I had the opportunity to contribute to the creation of this ambitious project alongside the company’s leadership.
Two years ago, I joined PrestaShop to take charge of the development of the Expert Program. Relying on our regional and international teams, I work on evolving the program while structuring internal and external processes and communications to strengthen collaboration with agencies and freelancers who use PrestaShop to design websites for their clients. I work closely with all teams at PrestaShop: I lead and coordinate the activities of the Channels Managers (who work closely with our Experts), but I also regularly collaborate with product, technical, and marketing teams... our experts being at the heart of PrestaShop's strategy!
